For generation, billing, refund, privacy, account, or legal questions, email [email protected]. We will investigate and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.

To help us resolve the issue, include your account email, order ID or task ID, the time of the event, and a short description. Do not email passwords, card numbers, one-time codes, or API keys.

Billing or Refund Issue

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. This gives us a chance to locate the transaction, correct an error, return eligible credits, or process an eligible refund. See the Refund Policy.

Signed-in customers may also use the ticket page in Settings to keep screenshots and replies attached to one case.
